Amanda is an E-RYT instructor and has been studying and working with Yoga Medicine® for a collective 6 years. In 2016 she coordinated the launch of our Yoga Medicine® Seva Foundation with the mission to fight human trafficking and sexual exploitation by empowering women around the world through efforts of education and entrepreneurship.
Amanda is our Yoga Medicine® Seva Foundation Director and has facilitated a handful of service-oriented trips to India. She was on our inaugural trip in 2015, co-led our 2019 trip and is currently planning our 2021 visit. Amanda has successfully assisted our campaign teams to hit our goal of 100K in donations, benefiting our 501c3 partner-on-the-ground, Her Future Coalition. She’s here to guide you on becoming a part of Seva and help you reach your fundraising goals to join us in India on a trip that will change your life, and the life of many others.
Amanda’s yoga teachings are influenced by her on-going-practice, love of travel and passion for all styles of movement. Through yoga, meditation, sound, discussion and travel, Amanda hopes her students are able to live happier, healthier lives.
