Our hips are foundational to how we move in yoga practice, as well as how we move through our lives, so healthy hip function is key over the long term. This monthly dose discusses why it’s key to maintain a balance between hip mobility and stability, and between all of the muscles (deep and superficial) that surround the joints. The lecture finishes with some pointers on how to maximize your practice time to support these hard-working joints.
