Welcome to your Burnout Resilience Program! We created this live online program to better support you in an interactive format with discussions along the way. You can either attend the weekly sessions live or watch the recordings to stay on top of the information as it progresses – you will have unlimited access to the live session recordings and resources.
This program has five, 90-minute live sessions running every week. These sessions will focus on information to guide your week ahead. There will be weekly themes to easily weave the material into your life, along with short online practices to support each session topic throughout your week.
Please note that there are no actual “lessons/topics” built into the course. The videos are all on the home portal – so because there aren’t any lessons/topics to mark as complete, the course will continue to say 0% complete even after you complete the exam. If you’re a teacher looking to use this information with your students and want the CEUs, you will need to complete the exam at the end to get your hours.
This 5-week guided program will count as 10 ‘in-person/contact’ hours towards your 500-hour/1000-hour Yoga Medicine certification. Directly following the last live session of the program you will be invited to take an optional online exam – you must pass the exam within 45 days to receive your certificate of completion and program hours. These online hours will also be recognized as 10 continuing education hours (CEUs) by Yoga Alliance.

Pre-Recorded Online Yoga Classes:
Each week you will gain access to 5-6 new online yoga classes that you can do as often as you like to help guide you through the program in real time. You can watch the pre-recorded classes using the video player below – they will remain available on the online training portal until the final exam due date. Therefore, this content will be removed after January 25, 2026 (along with the final exam).

Completion Policy (Extension Provided)
You will have 75 days after the last live session becomes available on December 11th to pass the exam. Therefore, the optional exam must be completed by February 25th @ 11:59pm PST (extended) to receive your hours and certificate of completion. If you do not complete your exam by February 25th @ 11:59pm PST (extended), you will lose access to the exam and will not be able to receive your hours and certificate of completion. Nonetheless, you will have unlimited access to the live session recordings and resources (even if you don’t complete the exam).
