General Information

Our top priority is always the health and safety of our community. The outbreak of COVID-19 has raised a variety of questions and concerns, and we want you to be assured that we are constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are making the best decisions and taking the right action for the safety and health of the entire Yoga Medicine® community.

Yoga Medicine® remains vigilant and wants to share ways to promote health, safe teaching and the practice of yoga in this challenging time. We advise our community to remain calm, stay informed, be prepared, and communicate. Given the dynamic nature of the situation around the world, we also advise you to adhere to the guidance offered by public health agencies in your region and country. Here are some valuable resources we recommend:

Training Updates

With the seriousness of the situation at hand, public gatherings being canceled or banned and physical distancing becoming mandatory in many regions, it is our duty to do our best to protect our students, ourselves and our communities. Following on the heels of the educational institutions, universities and Yoga Alliance supporting online training to replace in person trainings, we are doing our best to accommodate and provide the best support and safety to our community with this and everything else in mind.

Right now we are working hard behind the scenes to bring our scheduled content online, utilizing all of our resources to deliver on our promise to provide you with the best resources and most impactful trainings. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. These online courses will allow you to work at your own pace, have content you can come back to and give you some support in this time of social distancing that will hopefully provide some much needed community.

In the meantime, please keep checking this page for updates as our email is overwhelmed and keeping us from tackling these important challenges. We so appreciate your support and look forward to connecting with you all!

For workshops, please contact the hosting studio on the calendar page.
