Spine: Anatomy, Dysfunction, & Application (24 Hours)
This immersion yoga teacher training in New Orleans begins with a deeper look at the anatomy and biomechanics of the spine as a basis for understanding its function. We will explore the spine’s normal range of motion and how to evaluate this on your students while taking into consideration the importance of individual variances.
