With a mix of pranayama, meditation, myofascial release and flow, this class offers slower transitions and mindful poses to move with intention and leave feeling grounded and refreshed. Bring 2 blocks, a blanket or bolster (or large towel), and 1 or 2 MFR balls (or tennis balls).
