Persistent Pain Series

22/150

Working with persistent pain, or feeling like your gas tank is completely empty? These practices create a safe haven in which to breathe your way back into your body. You can choose to practice supine, standing, or seated in a chair, on the couch, or in bed, and you’ll be guided through a series of simple, unweighted movements (which you can practice or visualize) with restful and reflective pauses between them.
