Koh Samui, Thailand March – June 2017
Our 200HR program spans the course of 4 to 5 months. It begins and ends with a weeklong intensive retreat at Samahita Retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand. Both weeks include 7 nights accommodation and our 3 meals-a-day include delicious healthy food prepared specially for us by the resorts onsite chefs.
In between, there is online course work to help you review and integrate the information and practice teach.
This training will be lead by Yoga Medicine teachers Dana Diament, Rachel Land, Mackenzie Miller and Valerie Knopik alongside Tiffany Cruikshank. All four of these teachers have completed extensive Yoga Medicine trainings and are personally mentored by Tiffany. Click here to read more about the Yoga Medicine teaching team.
More details about the program structure and curriculum is available on the main 200HR teacher training. Click below to read more.
