Boost Emotional Intelligence
In this monthly dose we’ll begin by talking briefly on what emotional intelligence (EI or EQ) is and why it’s important. Then we’ll focus most of our time on how yoga can support EQ and how to amplify that in your practice. We’ll end by talking briefly about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique- an acupressure tapping practice) as a self-regulation resource to support mental wellness and discuss ways to modify these practices to personalize them.
