Outer Strength, Inner Resilience
Strength and resilience take many forms. Physically, we can challenge ourselves with new or unfamiliar movements, refine neuromuscular control, create muscular balance, and explore key elements of function such as agility, balance, power, and endurance. Mentally and emotionally, yoga offers tools to build self-regulation, sharpen focus, and intentionally recover from stress so that we’re better prepared for what’s next. This week, explore the dimensions of strength—both outer and inner—that feel most relevant or inspiring to you.
