00:19:08 Dr. Diane Malaspina: o Beliefs – where in my life might I be limiting my motivation due to beliefs that I have? o Input – What content am I taking in that influences pattern recognition and how I see the world? o Wants – What do you want to be different? Is there an area of curiosity that can be tended to? o Patterns – What could I learn that allows me to use my strengths to advance my cause? Take note & share take aways in the chat 00:38:46 Lisa Ash Drackert: Room 5: One pattern we identified is feeling a little alone/lonely at the moment. Another pattern we reflected on as a group was how self-doubt can drive our motivations and actions. Fortunately, we felt like our spirits are lighter in the past two weeks and we can look forward with an open mind and broader perspective. Changing our work shedules to give us more “space” in our schedule one day a week has made a HUGE difference. 00:39:34 L A Starr: Our group (Jennifer, Denise) touched on all the points but in a very general way. We feel like we were all in the same space with our learning, our offering, balancing with our (chosen) obligations and where we go from here with all that we are holding. 00:40:11 Kim Albert Yoga: I was surprised at where I wanted to get curious and the action step (not scrolling to see what other teachers are doing) that I came up with. Room 1 agreed that imposter syndrome is a limiting factor 00:40:40 rachel workman: Fear was a consensus in our group. Feeling like the fear creates a scattered-ness and its hard to move forward with clarity. 00:41:40 Katharina Claeys: Group 3: Is there a “formula” which needs to be followed. Is the environment tight (type of teaching, time-line), pattern and challenges of e.g. seasonal work (island), finding consistency of work, finding more local clients who stay over the whole year. Being self-employed for the three of us, we agreed “waring all the different hats (teaching, marketing etc.) can be quite overwhelming. Our biggest shift we would like to see: how can we simplify it - curiosity :) 00:41:47 Isabela Almeida: For our group we discussed that the beliefs that holds us back is the comparison to other teachers, and think what we have to offer is not enough; And we really think that our strengths lies on the ability to be ourselves when teaching and think outside the box. 00:42:53 Isabela Almeida: Reacted to "I was surprised at w..." with ❤️ 00:44:40 jennifer: Reacted to "Our group (Jennife..." with 👍 00:45:41 Isabela Almeida: Reacted to "Group 3: Is there a ..." with ❤️ 00:47:18 Isabela Almeida: Reacted to "Fear was a consensus..." with ❤️ 00:49:55 Ruth Delahunty: Overwhelmed is a good word.
