Flow State Flow: Movement For Mental Focus

A moderately-paced 60mins class, suitable for yogis of all levels, with a focus on function and moving mindfully. We'll do just enough work to feel connected, limber and strong, and to more fully enjoy rest and relaxation in savasana. There will be options to spice things up for those wanting a slightly stronger practice! Please have a blanket or beach towel for class.
