Grounded Awareness

This week is about tuning into your internal signals before they hit boiling point. By slowing down and paying closer attention, you’ll sharpen your ability to notice the shifts in breath, tension, and thought patterns. That might mean moving with extra presence in transitions, lingering in shapes to sense what’s happening beneath the surface, or simply pausing to check in. The more clearly you can observe your inner world, the better equipped you are to respond.
