Yang to Yin: Introspection & Gratitude
Focusing primarily on the bladder and kidney meridians, this introspective class incorporates several modalities to go within. You'll start with pranayama focusing on drawing in yin and releasing excess yang before moving to a quick MFR release of key tension areas in the neck, shoulders, and back. You'll then transition to a fluid flow to release the backline and end with some key yin postures for these meridians. The perfect combination of movement and stillness should leave you feeling calm and nourished. Props: 2 MFR balls, 1 block, props so support your yin practice.
