Shed Stress, Find Gratitude

When stress or overwhelm are getting you down, it can help remember how good it feels to set your thoughts aside and simply enjoy moving your body. This continuous flow introduces poses one or two at a time to give you a moment of ease there before building to a sequence just challenging enough to keep your mind occupied before wrapping up practice with a single floor stretch. You’ll finish in savasana, so allow extra time to linger there if you like. No props are required, but you may like to have two yoga blocks to give you a little extra height.
