We tend to look for transformative events or big moments to appreciate; however, those big life-changing events don't happen often. Research suggests that finding appreciation in the small things and in everyday moments can be just as potent and powerful. This vinyasa flow class encourages gratitude for the familiar shapes, the familiar transitions, and simply the ability to move and be in our bodies. Props: 2 blocks.
