Metta Meditation
Enjoy this short, simple metta (loving kindness) meditation. This simple meditation incorporates affirmations that you can say out loud or silently to yourself. Nothing fancy, just an opportunity to tune into yourself and practice really feeling the intention behind the words you are repeating throughout. You'll need props to be comfortable in meditation.
