Alice is a London-based certified 500-hour Yoga Medicine® teacher, primary school teacher, Teach First ambassador, language lover, real tennis player, skier and traveller. She is loves working with Tiffany and the team as a Yoga Medicine® teacher while continuing her education through the Yoga Medicine® 1000-hour Master Teacher Training Program.
Alice balances her time in London as a deputy head teacher at a bilingual primary school and teaching workshops, group and 1:1 classes. She is passionate about bringing yoga into the education system and has a company called The Yoga Project UK that connects yoga teachers with schools as well as delivering workshops and online trainings to both school teachers and yoga teachers to support them through this process.
Alice’s interest in therapeutic yoga came after injuring herself in a kitesurfing accident. She found that practicing a more therapeutic style of yoga and learning about anatomy and physiology within the context of yoga really helped during her recovery. She loves sharing her knowledge and educating her students about the body to help them deal with their emotional and physical pain too.
Born and brought up by the sea, when Alice isn’t working in London, she is drawn to the beach. At weekend and on holidays you’ll find her swimming, surfing or paddle boarding on the sea (even in the rain!)
