The Athlete’s Point is an Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine practice dedicated to optimizing function to enhance your experience in your body and your life.  Tiffany is the only Acupuncturist in Seattle to specialize exclusively in orthopedics and sports medicine, assuring you’ll receive the finest, individualized treatment. Her goal is not to be everything to everyone. Instead, Tiffany has finely crafted her skill to be the very best at what she does: help you feel better in your body and perform at your very best – at work, in sport, in life.

Hours: Thursdays from 2-7pm

Pricing: $120- new patient visit (60mins), $100- return patient visit (45-50mins).  We accept cash and checks.  Please make checks out to Athlete’s Point PLLC.

Insurance: We do not take insurance but are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Forms: Please complete the paperwork prior to your first appointment so that we have enough time to do a thorough evaluation. Download and print your health history form.

ABOUT TIFFANY

Tiffany Cruikshank, L.Ac., MAOM, E-RYT, has been featured as a leader in holistic healthcare in many publications including Prevention Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Dr. Oz, LA Times, Self, Redbook, Good Housekeeping, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Well + Good, Shape, Natural Health, Glamour, Fitness, Yoga Journal and many more.  Tiffany created and ran the acupuncture program at the Nike World Headquarters for over 6 years before moving back to see patients in NYC.  After spending the past dozen years treating patients & teaching yoga all over the world she recently moved from LA to Seattle to set down some roots and see patients in a more intimate, community setting on Mercer Island.

Tiffany has been practicing Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, with a speciality in sports medicine and orthopedics, since 2003. She has given over 25,000 treatments to thousands of patients from all over the world using a combination of acupuncture, myofascial release, nutrition, herbs & supplements, yoga, meditation and holistic remedies.  Tiffany creates individualized treatment plans to help each patient optimize their health.

Over the course of her career Tiffany has created the Acupuncture program at Nike World Headquarters, worked in collaboration with renowned New York City physician Dr. Frank Lipman, owned and operated a wellness clinic in Portland, Oregon, and worked with numerous professional athletes and celebrities helping them improve their fitness and overall quality of life.

Tiffany is also the founder of Yoga Medicine and the Yoga Medicine Research Institute, a world renowned program for training yoga teachers to work more effectively within the medical world and a research component to continue to integrate yoga into the tradition healthcare setting. With a passion for educating, she regularly leads teacher training courses around the world – as well as here in Seattle – fusing anatomy and kinesiology with the traditional practice of yoga, mediation and mindful living.

Internationally acclaimed for her work, Tiffany is the published author of two books: Optimal Health for a Vibrant Life and Meditate Your Weight. She frequently shares her expertise in online and print publications & interviews and has graced the cover of over a dozen magazines.

Tiffany holds a pre-med bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with a specialization in sports medicine and orthopedics.  Her techniques are potent and accessible, educating & empowering her students and patients to take charge of their health. Her strength is her ability to convey the principles of yoga and Chinese Medicine in a way that is relevant and helpful for all.
