Spacious Mind Meditation
Use this meditation anytime you need to clear the slate of your mind, especially helpful when your mind is full of thoughts, stress, worry or just unable to settle and be present. A great one if you’re having difficulty making a big decision or finding the right path forward under pressure. This meditation is based on the Chinese concept of wu wei, sometimes translated as the action of non-action and uses an acupressure point (gallbladder 20) in the first part of the meditation to help tap into this concept as a feeling. Come settle the ripples of the mind as we drop into the clarity in the spaciousness. No specific props needed just find a comfortable sitting position and press play.
