Restorative Reset to Recharge Your Week
A 60-minute restorative class for a mid-week reboot. This is for those of you that work hard all week and then pay for it on your precious weekend. This class will help you rejuvenate your body & mind mid-week to prepare for a more enjoyable end of week & weekend ahead. You’ll need a blanket or a towel, a bolster or some firm pillows nearby and if you have a strap grab that as well.
