Our offering to those working so hard right now to keep us safe & healthy. This 10-minute vinyasa class focuses on opening up through the front of the body and embracing a little bit of self-care through our practice. You will need: 1-2 towels/blankets.

Inhabiting the Body

Our offering to those working so hard right now to keep us safe & healthy. This restorative practice focuses on coming back home into the body and re-inhabiting the body through familiar functional movements. You’ll need 1-2 towels/blankets and an open wall.

A Practice to Prepare for Sleep
