Inhabiting the Body
This restorative practice focuses on coming back home. Without overthinking, we will live in the body’s sensations through restorative postures that nourish the body. We will take the attitudes and intention of meditation and weave it through this relaxing class. You’ll need 1-2 towels/blankets and an open wall.
