Active Slow Flow
A moderately-paced 45min class, suitable for yogis of all levels, with a focus on function and moving mindfully. We'll do just enough work to feel connected, limber and strong, and to more fully enjoy rest and relaxation in savasana. There will be options to spice things up for those wanting a slightly stronger practice! Please have a blanket or beach towel for class.

Relax, refresh and revitalize with a blend of myofascial release and gentle stretches. Have a blanket or large towel, two of the same-size MFR or tennis balls (and a yoga block or foam roller if you have one).
