Active Slow Flow

A moderately-paced 45min class, suitable for yogis of all levels, with a focus on function and moving mindfully. We'll do just enough work to feel connected, limber and strong, and to more fully enjoy rest and relaxation in savasana. There will be options to spice things up for those wanting a slightly stronger practice! Please have a blanket or beach towel for class.

Meditation Mondays with Rashmi

Join Rashmi for a LIVE monthly drop-in meditation plus some community connection with fellow Yoga Medicine colleagues. These 30 minute sessions will include 15-20 minutes of guided and silent practice along with 10 minutes for individual journaling/reflection and sharing as a group. Practicing together can often enliven personal practice, and it gives us a great reason to hang out and connect! We hope to see you at a live session soon.

A mindful practice with a balance of movement & strength, release & rejuvenation for body & mind, to help you feel your best and appreciate your life. This class will usually involve some combination of: flow, stability, mobility, breath, MFR, and relaxation! Bring 2 blocks, a blanket (or large towel), & 2 MFR balls of the same size (or 2 tennis balls).
