Move & Feel Good: A Big Picture Flow

Sometimes, you just want to feel your body moving and working without the need overthink or fret over the specifics. What's more, while workshopping poses is fun and informative, movement is for the most part a very instinctive process that doesn't necessarily require much cerebral involvement. This full body practice offers a "big picture" perspective on your body's capabilities, and an opportunity to enjoy your inherent strength and intuition. We'll move at a moderate pace, but with options to fine-tune the intensity to suit your needs! All you need is a blanket for this class.
