If you're in need of an invigorating full-body movement practice, this class covers the bases: mobility work in a sensible range of motion to feel loose; medium-intensity effort to wake up the body; a creative new transition to light up some new neuromuscular pathways and break you out of the vinyasa rut. You'll leave your mat feeling mentally refreshed and physically ready to tackle the your day. Props needed: blanket and an optional block.
