Back to Your Practice Series 2

Have the challenges of life gotten in the way of your practice? We know how good yoga makes us feel, but it can be intimidating to restart practice after a break. This class series is designed to ease you back onto your mat - with mellow, well-rounded sequences light on props, technical and anatomical details to give you space to focus on your breath and your body. Recommit to regular practice by joining us live each week, or access the recording later to fit into your schedule. Yoga Medicine® Online members can also access a video containing a short segment of that practice to repeat daily to rebuild a regular practice routine. No props needed other than a yoga mat specifically required, but you might like to have a blanket or towel and a water bottle on hand to ensure you are always comfortable.
