Fall Back into Practice Series 2
A series of well-rounded classes to welcome you back to your mat after a break from practice. Remind yourself how good it feels to breathe, move, stretch, and rest mindfully. Classes offer a blend of pranayama, rhythmic flow, gentle mobility work, and meditation, staying light on technical and anatomical detail to give you space to simply be. Have a blanket or towel, strap or scarf or belt, plus a yoga block (if you have one) on hand.
