Let the Good Times Roll

This 60-minute vinyasa is a marriage of little bit of vinyasa and a little bit of MFR. We'll pair traditional MFR techniques to create space around the shoulders, the feet, key areas of the upper back, and the glutes with some non-linear movement to encourage whole-body hydration. Props: 2 MFR or tennis balls, 2 blocks.
