MFR: Full-Body Connection

Use MFR and a yin-style pose to explore and experience the fascial fabric that connects distant parts of the body into a cohesive whole. For this 60min MFR/Yin practice have two of the same-size tennis or massage balls at hand plus a couple of cushions/blankets/beach towels and a strap/scarf/belt.
