Mindful Movement & Intention

Moderately-paced all-levels flow intended to release, restore, and rejuvenate. Each week, we'll incorporate a few different modalities, such as MFR, yin, hatha vinyasa, or restorative - all designed to help you leave class feeling pleasantly challenged and rejuvenated. Bring 2 blocks, strap, blanket, and 2 MFR/tennis balls if you have them.
