Release and refresh key regions of your connective tissue, those most subject to friction or stagnation, and feel the flow-on effects throughout your body. This 60 minute all-levels practice uses myofascial release followed by relaxed yin-style stretches, and you will need: two same-size tennis or massage balls, a blanket or large towel, plus a yoga block (or foam roller) if you have one.
