Stir & Settle: Upper-Body

In this 60min all-levels practice, you’ll explore your body in a new way, using targeted myofascial release to stir up attention and circulation, then Yin yoga to settle and soothe the same region. Have two of the same-size tennis or massage balls, a yoga block, and a blanket or towel at hand.
