Unwind & Restore

Enjoy a variety of introspective practices to release tension, down regulate your nervous system, and restore your energy levels. This class will involve yin, restorative, and myofascial release. Bring 2 blocks, a blanket (or large towel), a bolster, and 2 MFR balls (or tennis balls). Suitable for all levels.
