Yin for Creativity

Creativity thrives when our bodies are relaxed and our minds are calm. This full body, 60 minute yin class targets areas in the shoulders, spine, and hips to unlock guarding and tension in order to make space for inspiration. Breath and meditative techniques are used to settle the mind. Philosophical ideas from Chinese medicine and the chakra system are lightly weaved in to give an extra boost to your self-expression and vision. You’ll need a block, a bolster (or couch cushion), and a blanket (or large towel).
