Yin Yoga

A 45 minute class aimed to help with recovery of tissues and improve mobility while providing a place to rest deeply and soothe the nervous system. Bring bolster, blanket, block, and strap - or whatever you have around the house to substitute for these items like large towel, cushions, and a tie or belt.
