COVID-19 Recovery - Boosting Immunity

I used this lineup of supportive classes when the majority of my COVID-19 symptoms had subsided, but was still experiencing some lingering fatigue and muscle aches. I used this series of classes to give my drained immune system a little boost after fighting off pathogens for the past few weeks. Again, modifications are KEY during this time and with COVID it's more important than ever to listen to the nuances of your body.
