I used this set of supportive classes while moderately symptomatic with COVID-19. I needed a set of classes with very little movement and 0 muscular exertion, and these fit the bill so well!! A large part of my symptom profile was respiratory tightness and pain, so I found gentle breathing and deep relaxation of the muscles/tissues in this area highly beneficial. My second most prominent symptom was anxiety, so having these classes to lean on, get out of my head and help me to visualize healthier, less-stressed internal systems was a game changer. This was my personal lineup, so explore these classes as you see fit and don't push yourself if something is too tiring. I took many modifications this week!
