I love this lineup for runners wanting to add some more cross training into their weekly schedule. It starts out with a full length cross training class and a quick MFR practice you can use pre-run. This is my go-to MFR before I go for a run, short but efficient. Then you've got a conditioning class to challenge the low body in some different planes of movement to keep those hips mobile. You've also got a quick arm strength class to balance out the body and another full length cross training class. I've included a hip flexor quick fix mid week, what athlete doesn't need that, and a daily meditation. Once you're in a routine, you'll find many of our classes can be used as some form of cross training depending on what you're needing.
