Here are a few of my favorite tennis resources, though you can find a lot more on the site if you search for specific needs. I like to use conditioning classes on low output days, active mobility before practice/matches, MFR post practice/matches if soreness may be more of an issues, yin post practice/matches if mobility is more of an issue (or MFR & yin for mobility & soreness). Of course our pranayama, hatha vinyasa, & meditation classes are essential for other reasons as well but here are a few of my favorites.
