I love the research based Yoga Medicine approach to Yin Yoga, which supports and complements our Yang practice, specifically when it comes to our Range of Motion and Recovery processes in the body. Most of the classes that I’ve picked are 30’ long and ideal for any time of the day, to find mental and physical balance and to restore energy. About the playlist curator: Natalija was born in Austria and traveled extensively during 7 years as a model with international agencies. She has business management experience and founded her own production company and talent agency Visualeyes representing top international photographers, illustrators and 3D artists. She is also a qualified beautician and beauty therapist and worked as a spa manager a few years earlier. In 2007 she first visited India, and by chance met her first teacher Vinod Bhaskaran Sreedevi who helped her to integrate a daily morning home practice routine straight from the beginning. For Natalija, the inner beauty of yoga practice is a sweet counterpoint and contrast to the typically exterior focus of modelling and business and helps her maintaining work-life balance as a working mother in today’s fast-paced and demanding environment. Natalija’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. She is creating a safe and calming environment for her students, teaches clear and precise with warmth and compassion. With sweet encouragement & tenacity she takes away her students on a journey to places they sometimes doubt that they can reach, always with much awareness to keep a balance between effort and ease, both mentally and physically. Since 2015 she is commuting between Zurich and Mallorca, where she teaches Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, private trainings and on local retreats. Most of her offerings are available online and live. All classes are taught in English. Instagram @natyoga_007 Classes www.momoyoga.com/natyoga To find out more please see www.nat.yoga
