My favorite practices to get you moving in fun new ways and get your heart pumping, usually comes along with some strength work and/or functional movement. If you don't have a cardio practice of some sort I recommend rotating 2 of these a week with other movement practices. Most are short enough that you could follow it up with a short yoga session of your choice, whether you want more movement (haha vinyasa), stretching (yin), or introspective practices for your nervous system (restorative, pranayama, meditation)..... You can add that right after this, at the end of your day or on another day entirely. ;)
