I love the research based Yoga Medicine approach to Yin Yoga, which supports and complements our Yang practice, specifically when it comes to our Range of Motion and Recovery processes in the body. Most of the classes that I’ve picked are 30’ long and ideal for any time of the day, to find mental and physical balance and to restore energy.
