WEEK 1
Commitment to Growth
The first week of the program is all about committing to show up, challenge yourself, and build momentum (and, of course, have a LOT of fun!). You’ll start laying a strong foundation with research-backed practices that build functional strength in a variety of ways.
WEEK 2
Change Is Coming
Week 2 is all about stepping up and embracing the changes you’re feeling in your body. You’ll continue to build 3-dimensional strength with functional arm, core, and glute-focused challenges. Your recovery class focuses on mobility with static stretches – perfect to revisit anytime you need more mobility support throughout the program!
WEEK 3
You Got This!
This week, we’ll continue building strength in all its forms: muscular, connective tissue, and nervous system resilience. You’ll focus on hips, arms, and core with playful and energizing challenges, while your recovery class uses longer holds to support mobility and nervous system adaptation. If you’ve come this far, don’t forget to celebrate your progress!
WEEK 4
Long-Term Health Outcomes
You’re almost there and hopefully feeling stronger, more powerful, and confident in your practice. This week focuses on hips, side-body, quads, and arms, with recovery work to nourish your nervous system and support lasting results. Let’s finish strong!
