I guess you can use some of the arguments we talked about during the Chinese medicine module… Music in class can either help to create more energy/more fire or it can be used to help your students relax and unwind. I don’t know why you play music, but those are my reasons. “Pop music” can however throw some people off since they are so used to “yoga tunes”.

This might not be an answer to your question but I really like the short videos about the hip that you have posted in the past couple of weeks. I guess a webinar could have the same kind of set up (demos showing modifications that can be used when working one on one). One topic that I’m interested in is how to help students with diastasis recti. It’s a question I get from time to time and my experience is that it’s hard to find good recommendations that I can apply in a yoga class.
