Yoga is the passion in my life with over 10 year of teaching yoga its now time to open my own studio here i Malmö, Sweden. My Yoga Room where I take my privates and teach yoga classes. I started yoga when I was 20yrs old to be able to touch my toes and haven't stopped since. Both my teaching and practice reflect my own journey throw life and some day I'll prefer a vigorous Vinyasa and others a gentle yin class. The common mark of my teaching is that I always start with a strong foundation without forgetting the playfulness of movement.
