Hi Tiffany,
It’s been seven years since my 200 hr training, but I’m finally (so excited) starting my first module for my 500 hr this summer in Napa. I know you can relate to this because you’ve talked about your perfectionistic side, but I would like to be prepared when I join the group in August. Because I work and am immersed in mothering two incredibly active boys, I don’t teach many classes. I try to “do yoga” in my every day life, whether it be meditating, self study, home practice, working with athletes (my boys are academy-level soccer players), and trying different therapeutic practices. I’ll be subbing a lot more this summer, which will be good preparation for the training, but any other suggestions in the meantime?
