The practice and tradition of yoga have been with us for centuries, but how much do we really know about its rich history?

There will be time for Q&A at the end to make room for dialogue, giving you the opportunity to get answers to your most pressing questions about yoga history live (from a teacher pursuing a PhD on the subject 🤓).
