This class will begin with gentle myofascial release leading you in to a more receptive and restful state. You will finish with a long-guided relaxation and savasana. A complete reset for the nervous system. Props: 2 balls, pillow, blanket, block.
Thank you, this class was exactly what I needed. I woke up sluggish and headachey and felt soooo much better after your session. The breath work at the end was sublime. I’m going to remember that and bring it into my own practice.
