Relax into Being Meditation (Audio Only)
One obstacle to establishing a consistent meditation practice is the notion that the time spent doing the practice could be more productive or utilized better ie “I could be doing other things.” However the non-doing aspect of meditation is precisely what supports your mental health, and in fact can fuel your productivity, concentration, and efficiency. Flipping your approach to meditation in this way is related to yin and yang theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Explore this concept further in this meditation and experience how stillness can be a seed for your vitality to flourish. Set aside the constant doing, and relax into being.
